Grand Hyatt Dubai will turn into one huge colourful party on New Year�s Eve, with the lobby decked out in a massive flower display, and the hotel�s five-star venues offering a range of dining and socialising options. Few hotels will be offering an indoor fireworks display, but that, too, will be part of the entertainment as revellers at Grand Hyatt Dubai count down to 2009. Just some of the highlights on various menus available at the hotel include Sauteed Scallops with Morels and Asparagus Wok-Fried Venison with ginger at Peppercrab (AED2,100 per adult; AED1,050 per child), fine tandoor cuisine in iZ (AED1,400 per adult; AED700 per child), a five course set-menu in Manhattan Grill and a lively evening of Lebanese entertainment at Awtar (both priced at AED2,100 per adult; AED1,000 per child), to name but a few.

Guests dining in any of the restaurants will automatically have access to the Grand Celebration Party, although those who just want to party are welcome too (AED600 for adults for the inclusive beverage package). The party will feature a rocking bar, an Arabic coffee lounge and a special dance floor with non-stop music by a DJ, accompanied by a live instrumental performance.

The hotel will also be laying on a Kids� Club, ensuring that your little ones are well looked after while you party the night away.

After all the entertainment dies down, the restaurants will stir up the quality once again, offering a wealth of tasty delights on New Year�s Day.

Meanwhile, Christmas at Grand Hyatt Dubai will also be full of modern sparkle, with goodies and special offers galore. For four courses of traditional favourites and authentic Italian cuisine, head to Andiamo! on Christmas Eve (AED300 per adult; AED150 per child).

Get into the Christmas spirit by attending advent celebrations at Al Nakheel every Sunday before December 25th (6:00pm-7:00pm), complete with carols and mulled wine.
