Our guests can experience an interesting culinary trip into the cheese world on a family-owned farm, producing more than 70 cheese types. We can also pay a visit to a Slovene cheese producer living across the Italian border, who makes a very famous cheese type, which matures 70 m below ground, and has become very popular in Italy. It is also served in most prestigious restaurants in Italy and Slovenia.

The fans of sea food can choose to visit a family run fish farm, where the Piran sea bass is raised in an unpolluted environment (in comparison with wild fish it contains 15 times less mercury). Guests are taken in boats to the Gulf of Piran, to fish basins, where they get familiar with all the details of sustainable fish-farming. In the end top quality fish specialities are served and the tasting of a unique sparkling wine, which matures at the bottom of the Piran Gulf, takes place. 

Slovene oil producers have attained top results regarding the quality of extra virgine olive oil. We organize an event where our guests can learn how to distinguish between good and average olive oil. In world championship 2011 olive oil by a Slovene producer won the first place award.
