Golf and Gourmet Getaway at Titchwell Manor

Titchwell Manor

Award-winning boutique hotel Titchwell Manor, located on the north Norfolk coast, has teamed up with two nearby Championships Links clubs, Hunstanton and Royal West Norfolk Golf Club in Brancaster, to offer a Golf & Gourmet package that even the golfing greats would be envious of.

Available seven days a week, the offer includes two nights stay with breakfast and dinner at Titchwell Manor's three AA Rosette restaurant, as well as a day or two of golfing. Aimed at keen players, foodies or simply those in search of a relaxing break, Golf and Gourmet is the ultimate way to unwind this spring.

With clubs in tow, guests can head to one of the renowned courses, both boasting stunning scenery and impressive views out to sea. The team at Titchwell Manor are on hand to book all tee times and guides are available as an optional extra. True enthusiasts can enjoy a second day of play and explore a different course to brush up on their putting skills. Whether you've achieved a birdie or called a series of mulligans, head back to the hotel to have your equipment cleaned by staff whilst you put your feet up and toast your day on the course.

Head chef Eric Snaith has curated two exquisite set menus to perfectly complement a day on the golf courses. Dinner on the first night can be enjoyed in Titchwell's informal Eating Rooms. Dishes include 60's style prawn cocktail; steak et frites with Bernaise sauce and walnut salad; and for dessert, tart tatin made with local Thornham apples; followed by a Norfolk cheese board.

On night two, dinner will be served in the award-winning Conservatory restaurant. The menu will feature warm smoked salmon, turnip, cucumber and lemon miso curd; leg of lamb cooked over coal with sea salt potatoes and roasted vegetables; and lemon curd cake with white chocolate and fennel for pudding, finishing with Welsh rarebit with crispy bacon. A full English breakfast made with only the finest local ingredients and complete with Bloody Marys will be on offer in the morning from 6.30am to kick start the day.

Titchwell Manor is a 27-bedroom country retreat and has been owned by husband and wife team Margaret and Ian Snaith for 25 years. The former Victorian farmhouse has been transformed into an elegant hotel, combining traditional values with chic contemporary furnishings, offering luxury accommodation and spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes to the North Sea.

The Golf and Gourmet Getaway at Titchwell Manor is the perfect excuse to relax and indulge this season for food lovers, sport fans and everything in between.
