InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort has taken a taste of the Gold Coast to the Market Lane Bar at InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto to showcase their Insider Collection to Corporate clients and PCOs.

InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort's Melbourne based Business Development Manager Christine Bridge created the intimate event.

"We invited Gold Coast Business Events, McLarens Landing Island Events and Dreamworld Events along to help us officially launch InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort's Insider Collection to the Melbourne market.  

"The Insider Collection provides a range of delegate experiences to help create a truly engaging and personalised meeting or event," Christine said.

Matthew Sturt from Gold Coast Business Events introduced the Gold Coast as a destination; Shannon Thwaites and Felicity Hughes from McLarens Landing Island Events spoke about their island events and Katie Tinetti from Dreamworld  Events shared how corporates can take fun to the next level with their unique events.

To give guests the full taste of what conferencing and events at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove can offer, the Resort's Executive Sous Chef Parashuram Pathak flew down for the event and prepared a delicious lunch menu.

Guests enjoyed a delicious 4 course lunch consisting Beef Carpaccio with fresh seafood; Fresh Pacific Oyster on Tomato water; Pork Cheek Cassoulet and a sample of the Insider Breaks'delicious Tropical fruit crepes and a selection of Witches Chase Cheese to finish off.  

Goody bags had an array of gifts including a sample of the Raspberry Cupcakes, which are also part of the Insider Breaks.

Judy Hart, Managing Director of Zoom Events was amongst the invited guests and said the launch event on Tuesday was fabulous.  

"Parashuram Pathak, the new Executive Sous Chef of InterContinental Sanctuary Cove is amazingly talented, and the new Insider Collection partnerships will save us much time and much expense when adding 'specialness' to our events," she said.
