Concrete bollards, which are currently painted brown, will become works of art in the hands of these talented young painters. Several girls who are skilled at visual arts will be painting flowers on the bollards and transforming the bollards from concrete to canvas. Artist Gina Kirkorian, a recent graduate of the College of Santa Fe, is spearheading the project.
