THE 10TH ANNUAL TASTINGS AT THE TOP SATURDAY 21 JUNE - MONDAY 23 JUNE 2003

Celebrating its tenth year in 2003, Tastings at the Top is Cradle Mountain Lodge�s annual food event - three days and nights of indulgence tasting, discussing and enjoying the legendary foods and wines of Tasmania - all in the interests of learning of course!

The event is a highlight on Tasmania�s calendar and food-lovers from all over (as well as locals) are keen to learn the dates each year so they can plan their visit to Cradle Mountain to coincide with the event and confirm their place at the top.

Each year, Tastings At The Top is hosted by different food and wine personalities who bring their own focus to the event - though tutored wine-tastings, wine blending exercises, food and wine trivia quizzes, cooking demonstrations. Of course sampling lots of great food and wine are core components of the program as is the opportunity to experience the spectacular World Heritage beauty of Cradle Mountain National Park.

This year, foodies can also enjoy gourmet escapes in July and August when each weekend offers a program of cooking demonstrations and special food and wine matched dinners.
