With just over three weeks left before the Easter holidays and a nation UTTERLY DESPERATE FOR SPRING, here's a round up of the best late availability cottages in Norfolk and Suffolk for couples, families and large groups. From one of the UK's best foodie hotspots where you can learn how to make (or just eat) chocolate or a stay on a working rare breeds farm for lambs, March hares and egg collecting to a warren of a house fit for the Easter bunny, there's still time to bag a bolthole – if you hop to it.
Best for (chocolate) lovers

Why? Bijoux, boutique and chic, this wonderfully quirky pied a terre for two is the perfect place from which to explore Wells-next-the-Sea, one of North Norfolk's most popular coastal retreats. What? Mole Cottage, Orford, Suffolk

Situated in the extensive grounds of Warren Estate, and surrounded by woodland, there's much to explore for the two and four legged members of the family, but you can take the Bure Valley Railway line to Wroxham to visit the Norfolk Broads, or head to the coast to Cromer, whilst the National Trust property, Blickling Hall is just 3 miiles away with its vast lake and 950 acres of parkland.
