Toga Far East Hotels Fast Paced European Expansion

Toga Far East Hotels (TFE Hotels) has acquired two new properties in Germany: Adina Apartment Hotel Hamburg Heights, the second property for TFE Hotels in Hamburg, and Adina Apartment Hotel Leipzig, which represents its first in the beautiful and historical city of Leipzig, known as “Hypezig” locally for its ever burgeoning popularity with leisure tourism, 150km south of Berlin.

The continued extension of TFE Hotels throughout Europe is testament to the fact that the brand's growing footprint is making an impression globally. On completion of the new Adina Apartment Hotels, Europe will boast an impressive 11 properties from the brand's portfolio, with Germany hosting seven properties and 1,600 rooms.

Globally, TFE Hotels represent 10,000 apartments and hotel rooms, which vary in price, location and design to meet a range of different accommodation to suit a wide variety of guests.

There are several European developments in the pipeline for Adina Apartment Hotels; including Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt and Adina Apartment Hotel Nuremburg arriving in 2016, and Adina Apartment Hotel Hamburg Heights and Adina Apartment Hotel Leipzig now being finalised for 2017.

TFE Hotels will also be expanding across Australia, with Vibe Canberra Airport opening in 2015, Adina Apartment Hotel Brisbane, George Street and Travelodge Sydney Airport planned for 2016 and Adina Apartment Hotel Royal Randwick Racecourse and Vibe Hotel North Sydney, Northpoint due to open 2017.

Adina Apartment Hotel Hamburg Heights, due to open in 2017, will comprise 202 apartments; 149 Studios, 16 Premier Studios, 34 One Bedroom Apartments and 2 Two Bedroom Apartments, and is situated directly in the inner city between the famous historic warehouse district 'Speicherstadt' and the main shopping district. 

Also opening in 2017, Adina Apartment Hotel Leipzig comprises 166 rooms; 133 Studios and 35 One Bedroom Apartments, Fitness Area, Swimming Pool, Conference Area and Retail space on the ground floor.  The property was built in the 1960's as an office building for the fur trade and will now be stripped and get an entirely new façade. 

Hamburg is the second largest city in Germany, with a population of 1.75 million, while Leipzig in the former East Germany, has 540,000 inhabitants. Together, Hamburg and Leipzig have shown the strongest growth in demand for overnight stays in Germany over the last 5 years.
