Fancy a round the world trip for you and five friends plus £2,000 spending money? Air New Zealand and four national tourism boards have launched the ultimate viral game aimed at travel agents, testing their knowledge of the destinations the airline flies to and offering this once in a lifetime prize.

Air New Zealand and the four tourism boards - Cook Islands Tourism Corporation, Tourism New Zealand, Hong Kong Tourism Board and the Los Angeles Convention and Visitors Bureau - have partnered to launch the Round The World game. It is the first time that the four tourism boards have worked together to promote the Around the World offer.

Agents must correctly answer three questions about Air New Zealand to receive their boarding card which allows them to continue their journey around the world. When correctly answering questions on the Cook Islands, New Zealand, Hong Kong and LA they gain points and upon completion are entered into the competition for a chance to win the top prize of six adult return around the world Economy flights from London- Hong Kong- New Zealand- Rarotonga in the Cook Islands- Los Angeles- London (or vice versa).

There are also 16 runner up prizes consisting of four Cook Islands black pearls, four New Zealand greenstone pendants, four Hong Kong cookery books and four Los Angeles cocktail martini sets.

The aim of the game is to increase agents knowledge in the destinations Air New Zealand flies to, and to incentivise sales. In addition to answering the questions agents can also gain more points by logging Air New Zealand bookings or sending the competition onto colleagues. The game runs between 23 Nov and 31 December.
