The Langham, Hong Kong's Bostonian Restaurant is delighted to announce the launch of wine dinner event with Gaja from Italy on Friday 24 February 2012. The wine dinner will start at 7pm and be priced at a very reasonable HK$1,898 per person plus 10% service charge.

Undisputed star of the evening will be Gaja Pierre Moncuit Covee Hugues de Coulmet Brut.  Executive Chef Mark Bannon has designed a tempting seven-course savoury menu to complement the five different fabulous wines on offer. Nibbling exquisite cuisine and sipping excellent vintages in a luxurious and elegant ambience, wine and food aficionados will enjoy what's sure to be the ultimate dining experience.

 

About Gaja

The Gaja family settled in the Piedmont region of northwest Italy in the mid-seventeenth century. In 1859, local grape grower Giovanni Gaja founded the Gaja Winery in Barbaresco. Five generations of his descendants have subsequently produced wines in Piedmont's Langhe hills. Today, the Gaja Winery owns 250 acres of vineyards in the districts of Barbaresco and Treiso and the Barolo region of Serralunga d'Alba and La Morra.
