The spacious split-level suites will have extensive views to the north & west and their own private treatment room, living room & outdoor Jacuzzi.

Gaia From the kitchen with love

The ‘Best Wellness Cuisine’ award couldn't have come at a better time with the forthcoming release of head Chef Dan Trewartha’s cookbook 'Gratitude' - the follow up to Gaia’s first acclaimed cookbook, ‘Grace,’ which completely sold out. In addition, Olivia Newton-John, co-owner of Gaia Retreat & Spa, recently had an international success with “Livwise: Easy Recipes for a Healthy, Happy Life,” which in addition to her own healthy creations, also features recipes from various chefs at Gaia. All of her proceeds from “Livwise” benefit the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre in her hometown of Melbourne, Australia. With the launch of our own premium homemade Gaia Organic food range, our delicious Muesli, Gluten Free Porridge, Preserves, Chutney and Chilli Jams can be enjoyed at home.
