Fusion Maia Da Nang Introduces Natural Cleanse Vietnamese Raw Food Programme

Fusion Maia

Fusion Maia, Asia's first all inclusive spa resort located in Da Nang on the beautiful central Vietnam coast, has launched a Natural Cleanse Programme based on Vietnamese raw food to detoxify the body, boost the digestive system and improve wellbeing.

A great way to kick-start healthier eating habits whilst promoting a feeling of lightness and energy, guests will return home feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and inspired to lead a more balanced lifestyle. The Natural Cleanse Programme includes delicious raw salads, soups, juices and desserts using the freshest local ingredients such as green papaya, dragon fruit, coconut, rice paddy herb and pomegranate.

Eating a raw diet of fruits and vegetables preserves vital enzymes that help the body to fully digest them, relying less heavily on our own digestive enzymes.  According to the principles of raw food eating, the cooking process destroys or alters these enzymes, whilst also draining essential vitamins and minerals. Advocates of raw food eating report improved energy, better skin tone and more efficient digestion, with the positive side effect of weight loss.

Guests at Fusion Maia have the opportunity to customise their stay during a personal consultation with a Fusion Maia Lifestyle Coach, who will help them create a programme of spa treatments and wellbeing activities to complement the raw food programme.  During the consultation details of guests' health history are recorded so that their progress can monitored throughout their stay.  A follow-up consultation at the end of the programme will allow guests to discuss results with their Lifestyle Coach, who will also share tips to help them continue healthy eating habits and maintain a balanced lifestyle at home.

Fusion Maia's 'all spa inclusive' philosophy means all wellness and spa treatments are available to all guests at no extra cost, thus ensuring guests are completely relaxed and not concerned with additional costs and charges. Maia Spa guarantees a minimum of two daily treatments included to all guests as part of the standard villa rate. Fifty wellness specialists offer a range of wraps, body polishes and facials, plus classes including yoga and meditation.
