Global entrepreneur and founder of Edible Canada Eric Pateman is just one of the highlights on the Destination Food program released this week. Destination Food, Australia's first culinary tourism conference, is taking place at the Museum of Sydney (MoS) on Monday 21 May, 2018.
Eric Pateman will join Lisa Ronson from Tourism Australia, Sally Cope from Ultimate Winery Experiences, Stuart Gregor of Four Pillars Gin, Rezdy founder Simon Lenoir, Journalist Joanna Savill, plus more. Ten speakers and two panel sessions make up the one day event.
