Select Registry was started nearly 50 years ago with the aim of providing interesting and quality places for travellers to enjoy their surroundings, to be comfortable without spending a fortune and most importantly to be well looked after by people who are passionate about both their hotel and the locality.

Today, Select Registry's portfolio includes boutique hotels, lodges, ranches, castles, luxury cabins and yurts. They are situated across the United States in large cities and small villages, on the coast and in the prairies.  63 Manors and Mansions, 234 Inns,  231 bed and breakfasts, 53 boutique hotels and luxury cabins form the skeleton of the business but the flesh is so much more interesting. The accommodation is usually housed in interesting or beautiful buildings, often historical and they frequently have beautiful gardens.  Some, like Cameo Heights in the heart of the Oregon wine country are luxurious, some such as Collette's Bed and Breakfast on the Olympic Peninsula have stunning views, yet others are just friendly and comfortable places to stay such as The Notchland Inn in New Hampshire. Most of the properties offer a delicious breakfast and some offer a wine hour as well. Each is as individual as its owner!
