UK's fastest growing travel publisher introduces first digital event guide for the travel trade
Frommer's has unveiled a mobile travel guide for exhibitors and visitors at this year's World Travel Market. The Frommer's WTM Mobile Guide will offer a digital diary of the event, including a guide to what's new, what's now and what can't be missed.
Developed in conjunction with Whatsonwhen, the guide will also include advice to help get to and from ExCeL, a hot list of what else is happening in London, a guide to the capital's best bars and restaurants for refreshment and ten top tips for making WTM a storming success. Frommer's, the most trusted travel guide brand in the US and the fastest growing travel publisher in the UK, delivers custom travel content in print and digitally to help companies connect with their customers, but this is the first time that the mobile guide technology has been used at a travel fair. The guide can be downloaded free to a mobile phone or PDA from http://www.wtmlondon.com/mobile. Joel Brandon-Bravo, director of Whatsonwhen, said: "The new guide provides exhibitors and visitors with up-to-the-minute WTM, London and travel information, straight to their PDA or BlackBerry. Business is becoming more mobile by the minute, and by offering this service, WTM is helping its exhibitors and visitors to work faster, work smarter and enjoy everything that London has to offer whilst they're here." Nearly 50,000 travel professionals, senior management, buyers and opinion formers from regions, countries and industry sectors throughout the world are expected to attend this year's World Travel Market at ExCeL, London. The event takes place from 10-13 November.
