Ski Club of Great Britain

With trips to ski under the Northern Lights, rail tours on the Bernina express and ski mountaineering on Mt. Elbrus – there are adventures to suit every seasoned skier in the new Freshtracks brochure.

Freshtracks, the Ski Club of Great Britain tour operator, have released their 2017/18 brochure which offers a wide range of Touring, Off Piste and Development holidays throughout Europe and further afield.

New for this year are trips to Narvik, Norway, weekends in the Dolomites and new high altitude resorts in the Austrian Tyrol such as Pitztal and Stubai. Freshtracks is also now offering even more holidays with single rooms available at no supplement.

The Narvik touring trip allows tourers to explore from sea to summit whilst staying in a Fjord-side lodge with incredible views and of course a traditional Scandinavian sauna. Add in the spectacular Northern Lights and you have an unforgettable ski experience.

For those with less time to spend on the slopes, Freshtracks now have a variety of weekend trips including one to Cortina d'Ampezzo. Enjoy the stunning scenery of the Dolomites and the best of Italian cuisine over a long weekend, with a price of just £599 for 4 nights and the typical low in-resort prices of Italy this is a great value trip.

Freshtracks have also included dream trips such as cat skiing in Canada, Backcountry powder adventures in Japan and a 10-day Mt. Elbrus touring expedition which takes you to the peak of the highest mountain in Europe. Also available throughout the season are various powder and off piste skills courses at the Club's Flaine & Chamonix chalets.

With Freshtracks it's not just about the destination, most trips are led by a guide or instructor and accompanied by one of the Ski Club Leaders. You can choose a holiday based on your skill level and there are trips designed for families, single skiers (without room supplements) and over 55s plus development trips for those that want to improve their skills. All of the Freshtracks holidays can also be booked by private groups.

Prices start from £499 and are fixed for the season so you don't have to worry about currency fluctuations.
