Raising the bar and setting new standards of food style and innovation is what patrons have come to expect from The Oyster Box. The newest addition to the foodie line-up focuses on fresh seafood, available on demand. With a long marble bar as a focal point, The Oyster Bar is a popular meeting place for patrons with live music and cocktails, and the new Oyster, Salmon & Sushi Bar takes the venue to new heights.

From Monday to Friday, guests will be able to order a selection of sushi, fresh oysters, home-cured salmon, inspired Asian tacos, Asian prawn cocktail and delicious prawns and crayfish from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Items from the à la carte Seafood Menu can be ordered individually on request, accompanied by a glass of delicious champagne or a cocktail.

The Oyster Bar features live music each evening from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Talented musicians such as Wallace Nock and vocalist Eric Canham provide spirited entertainment for locals and visitors alike.

The Oyster Box is also home to The Lighthouse Bar, which is open daily for cocktails and snacks. Some of Durban's top and up and coming musicians provide live music from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Wednesday to Friday. For weekend travelers, The Ocean Terrace offers live music on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
