French Oysters and Seafood menu at RIVA and The Deck

The time has arrived for the start of the European oyster season. Come by RIVA and The Deck for a fresh and creamy treat of renowned French Oysters!

 

Diners can enjoy buy one get one free “Legras & Haas Tradition Brut N.V.” champagne with freshly shucked French Oysters including “Gillardeau”, “Fin de Clair”, “Royal Cabanon” and “Speciales de Cancale” designed to give diners mouthful of surprises. “A la Plancha”, seared oysters wrapped in bacon with a black truffle cream sauce, is also available for guest who preferred their oysters cooked.

 

Not only oysters lover can indulge in our special menu, which offers a variety of gastronomic delights including Alaskan King Crab Legs, Irish Crab, Australian Blue Mussels, Raw Obsiblue Prawns from Mozambique and hot dishes ranging  from “Seared Japanese Scallops”  to “Roasted Skate Wing” and more.

 

Also available at the RIVA and The Deck, is the new Moet & Chandon Champagne mobile bar! For a limited time only, we are offering the “Rose Sensation Menu”, featuring the Moet Rose Imperial Champagne, which could be served with specially prepared eight “Pink” Canapes. Guests can enjoy a few glasses under the beautiful skyline and the panoramic view of the Victoria Park and Victoria Harbour.
