Exploring Australia in a motorhome is an increasingly popular way to travel and stay in the heart of the country's most stunning landscapes; it's the perfect way to combine the convenience of transport and accommodation in one.

Australia is totally geared up for this type of travel due to its well-appointed and well-equipped motorhome parks found throughout the country. Many are located in areas of natural beauty and provide excellent facilities, including shops and swimming pools. Motorhome parks range from privately owned holiday parks to caravan parks which offer a range of facilities and tend to be found in the small towns around Australia.

Motorhome holidays represent great value for money and cater for the independent traveller whilst also being inherently social; meeting fellow travellers when stopping for the night and swapping stories.

Upon pick up staff will run through the features and facilities of the motorhome and can also provide discount vouchers, campground guides, travel tips, local/regional information and other helpful information.

HiTop motorhomes are compact and economical, perfect for couples on a budget. Featured brands include Britz, Apollo and Cheapa. These cost effective vehicles offer a comfortable and functional interior with all the mod-cons (microwave, fridge, gas stove) and are easy to drive.

Two berth motorhomes are compact, economical and include their own shower and WC. Featured models in the two berth category include Apollo, Britz, Cheapa, Star RV and Maui. Vehicles have air-conditioning and heating, a large comfortable double bed (some with flexible bed configurations) and kitchen facilities including; microwave, gas stove and refrigerator and some with built-in BBQ. They range from budget to deluxe.

Four berth motorhomes are perfect for couples and families and are both spacious and comfortable. The Star RV Pandora offers up to 4 travellers the comfort of a larger vehicle with the added convenience of a unique, electronic bed-lift system that makes manual bed assembly a thing of the past. The large fridge and the optional baby and booster seats ensure holidays are a breeze for young families. The Maui 4 berth motorhome has a contemporary design with an apartment feel – warm neutral tones, comfortable living areas and reading spotlights, complete with apartment styled kitchen utensils.

Six berth motorhomes are ideal for families and groups of friends. For the more budget conscious, the Cheapa 6 berth has thoughtfully designed interior features including three double beds, full kitchen facilities (including gas stove, fridge, microwave and sink) and a shower and WC. The Maui has a choice of bed configurations and, like the Britz, includes GPS navigation along with large picture windows around the living area. The Apollo Euro Deluxe has three large double beds, spacious interiors with walk-through access and two dining areas. All 6 berth motorhomes offer large side awnings to enjoy during the day and a TV (with video or DVD) to keep everyone entertained at night.

Vehicles can be easily picked up from ten gateway cities throughout Australia and dropped off in another. Prices lead in from £36 a day.
