Free Days Out In The UK

Silver Travel Advisor

Silver Travel Advisor, the only travel advice and review website specifically for travellers aged 50 plus, has published a brochure guide to some of the best free days out around the UK, in partnership with Age UK.

The guide features and profiles 15 different days out around the UK from Glasgow to Dorset including; The Yorkshire Sculpture Park, The Sheffield Winter Garden, Maiden Castle in Dorset, Nottingham’s Sherwood Forest Country Park and the Walking Tour in Bath.

Esther Jackson, Group Marketing Director of  Age UK commented:

“Later life can bring lots of opportunities, including the time and freedom to visit some of the UK’s best-loved sites. Days out can be expensive though, so it’s great that all the sites in the new mini-guide are free to visit. We’ve already told lots of people about the free guide and it’s proving really popular – so get your copy quick and get planning!”

Silver Travel Advisor MD, Debbie Marshall, said; ‘We produced the guide because we felt that it was important to raise awareness for the free attractions and days on offer.’
