Four Points first launched in Malaysia in 2009 and already boasts Starwood's largest footprint in the country with four properties in Kuching, Langkawi, Sandakan and now, Penang. Starwood currently operates 11 hotels in Malaysia, with three more in the pipeline, under six of its brands: Sheraton, Westin, Le Méridien, The Luxury Collection, Aloft and Four Points by Sheraton.
