Billy Bob's Texas and the Steak Cookoff Association are proud to partner in bringing the World Steak Championship to the Fort Worth Stockyards. Teams from the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean will compete for $15,000 in total payouts – the largest payout in steak cook-off history. Featuring 60 teams from across the United States and three countries, the World Steak Championship will determine the first true World Champion. Enjoy music, food, vendors, trade show, and meet champion cooks during this truly unforgettable event.

Payouts for the competition will be as follows:

1st Place: $7,500

2nd Place: $3000

3rd Place: $2000

4th Place: $1000

5th Place: $500

6th -10th: $200

Total Payout: $15,000

VIP Tickets will allow a limited number of patrons to sample the creations of top cooks from around the world, hang out in the VIP areas, and watch the awards in the Billy Bob's 81 Club.
