The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur was again named “Best Employer in Malaysia 2011” and Best Employers in Malaysia 2011 in the Hospitality Industry (special commendation), making this the luxury hotel’s fourth consecutive win. The Best Employers in Malaysia 2011 study was conducted by Aon Hewitt and is the largest study of its kind in APAC involving over 900 organisations covering eleven key markets including Malaysia.

The Malaysian section spanned 60 organisations and over 30,000 employees were consulted from all industries. Solicitation began in September 2010, with data collected until January 2011, the data analysis and judging sessions took place in February 2010. No one industry dominated participation. The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur retained its top position which it also achieved in the 2003 and 2005 and 2010 Best Employers studies.
