Food and Travel Magazine Appoints Renate Ruge as New Editor

Food and Travel Magazine

Food and Travel magazine has appointed the international journalist Renate Ruge as
its new Editor. Having recently returned to the UK from Australia, Renate joins the
inspirational title with immediate effect.


A senior editor and writer with over 15 years of publishing experience in London,
New York and Sydney, Renate's editorial background encompasses an exciting mix
of consumer and customer magazines.


Previously, she was editor of The Sunday Telegraph's Ultimate City Guides and It's On
magazine (News Corp), The Block Magazine (Bauer Media Group), Famous (Pacific
Magazines), Fashion etc. for Westfield, 9TO5 magazine (News Corp), Real You for
JC Penney (Redwood USA/Canada) and M&S International Magazines (Redwood UK).


Renate has also contributed lifestyle features and photography to major glossies and
newspapers including The Sydney Morning Herald Traveller, Renegade Collective, Vacations
& Travel, Woman's Day, Qantas The Australian Way, Spa Life, The Sunday Telegraph, Urban
Walkabout guides, Australian Traveller, OUTthere inflight magazine and box magazine.
