From Battling Bagels to Rocking the Rockies: What's the recipe for culinary video delight?

Ingredients? Take one Food Busker, ie John Quilter, set him off on a series of Food Busking Challenges across Canada and  you are all set for a culinary journey.

For those of you who don't know him, John Quilter, aka the Food Busker, is an entrepreneur, broadcaster and chef. Not content with launching an award winning coffee company, starring in the primetime TV Series Food Junkies, John Quilter now also has his 100K strong subscriber You Tube Channel , www.Youtube.com/FoodBusker. A joint venture with Jamie Oliver it's one of the fastest growing food channels in the UK. It showcases the best, trending , global street food and show you how to do it, filmed on the streets of London town.

Up until now that was! John devoted a big chunk of Summer 2016 to crossing Canada, from Montreal to Vancouver Island to cook up dishes using locally sourced ingredients for locals to try. His series trailer will go live on the Food Busker You Tube Channel , Tuesday September 6th and then weekly through to November 10th.
