Now more than ever, self-care and restoration are vital. Whilst travel bans and home working continue across the world, join Adventure Yogi (adventureyogi.com) and focus on some all-important me-time with first-of-its-kind, virtual day retreat packages, 'That Retreat Feeling'.

The theme of this year's Mental Health Awareness week is kindness – which applies to ourselves too. Available online now, give yourself permission to switch off, relax and reboot and enjoy a whole day of self-care to de-stress, refocus and find calm, with content from yoga teachers and chef teams including classes, meditations, activities, and workshops.

Initially designed to replace annual retreat experiences offered by Adventure Yogi to existing retreat fans, the company is experiencing strong demand for Adventure Yogi's new virtual retreat packages – where retreaters can gain all the benefits of a retreat experience in the comfort of their own homes.

How it works:

That Retreat Feeling – DIY Home Retreat – available now, allows the user full control over their own retreat experience. Simply choose a day that suits your schedule, select a morning and evening yoga session from up to 14 live classes from Adventure Yogi's online yoga studio, download your customisable at-home retreat pack depending on your mood and you're set to go.

Prices for the DIY At-home Retreats start from just £21 (including the downloadable retreat and two yoga classes).

That Retreat Feeling – Virtual Retreat – interactive and pre-structured at-home retreat which takes places on 23 May, digitally bringing its team of yoga teachers and chefs into homes around the world. Available to book now for just £27 (or £15 for keyworkers), the retreat includes the above package, in addition to live sessions and access to a private Facebook group community offering support and Q&As with Adventure Yogi's teachers.
