At £45 per person, the menu includes your choice of Newby of London's award-winning fine teas, a flight of Laurent Perrier champagnes and the following delightful delicacies:
• A selection of classic finger sandwiches: crayfish & marie-rose sauce, cucumber & cream cheese, beef & horseradish plus smoked salmon & caviar. Paired with Vintage Champagne.
• An enticing selection of freshly baked scones with homemade jam and clotted cream. Perfect with a glass of Non-Vintage Brut.
• Then, the icing on the cake - an indulgent assortment of sweet treats: cream & strawberry posset, rhubarb & custard macaroons with red velvet & white chocolate cherry snowballs, subtley suited to the Rose Champagne.
