FIX to Open this June at the AAA Five Diamond Award-Winning Bellagio

Andrew Sasson, whose Light Group nightlife properties Light, Caramel and Mist have dazzled Las Vegas and quickly become the city�s hottest clubs, is launching his first restaurant venture, FIX. The restaurant will open this June at the AAA Five Diamond award-winning Bellagio.

FIX will be an intimate and beautifully designed restaurant inviting guests to experience an approachable, high-quality menu with professional, detailed service in a fun, energetic environment. Whether the guest is interested in a pre-show dinner or a lively late night-dining experience, FIX will be the ideal destination.

�Andrew has proven himself to be the premier nightclub operator in the country and we look forward to seeing him bring the same energy and excitement to his restaurant FIX,� comments Randy Morton, Vice President of Hotel Operations for Bellagio.

Executive Chef Brian Massie, formerly of the N9NE Restaurant Group and the Aureole Restaurant Group, will oversee a menu designed to offer the best in classic American fare. The menu will focus on simply prepared, high-quality fish, meat and poultry cooked to order on a wood-burning grill. Fresh breads will be baked on premises to ensure a warm welcome. There will be a variety of items such as custom-designed Shellfish Platters for sharing, and desserts will include bubble gum vanilla floats to delight their guests. An extensive specialty cocktail menu will be featured in the bar and lounge area.

The design group Graft Labs will create the vibrant and unique design at FIX, providing a warm and welcoming environment. Incorporating wood features and banquets built on different levels, FIX will feel at once intimate and expansive. Graft Labs, based in Berlin, Los Angeles and Beijing, is a world-renowned leader in urban modern design.

Director of Restaurant Operations Oliver Wharton will bring his management, service and industry expertise to FIX following his varied background working alongside of restaurant leaders Jean-George Vongeterichten in New York and London and Michael Mina in California and Las Vegas.

FIX will be open Sunday-Thursday from 5pm-midnight and Friday-Saturday from 5pm-2am. A private, enclosed dining room will be available.
