Rocco Forte's Hotel Savoy in Florence has extended its five-star service to include the entire family with the introduction of a customised Children's Programme. On arrival, all children will be welcomed with an age appropriate gift: infants up to the age of three will find a teddy bear waiting in their room; milk and biscuits will welcome those between the ages of four and seven; older children between the ages of eight and fourteen will receive a gift of chocolate and a special guide to the city of Florence illustrated with colourful cartoons. The guide is available in English, German, Italian, French and Spanish and has been created to stimulate interest and encourage learning. Children will also delight in their own bathrobe and slippers along with a dedicated line of toiletries by Linea Junior (including shampoo, body lotion and bubble bath). There is also plenty on offer to entertain the little ones with colouring books, small toys, DVDs and PlayStation 2, along with a selection of games, available to rent.
