This spring, Martinhal sees its first ever "Bike week" from 7th - 14th April 2013 with the participation of André Greipel, the German professional road bicycle racer for UCI World Tour team Lotto-Belisol. André is among the most prolific cyclists of his era as far as the number of victories achieved are concerned. His major successes in Grand Tours include 4 stages at the Tour de France, 4 stages at the Vuelta a España and 2 stages at the Giro d'Italia. He also prevailed in the classic Paris-Bourges and won the overall classification of the Australian race Tour Down Under twice, in 2008 and 2010.

In addition to a calendar of activities, including yoga, pilates and walking, guests will have the chance to meet and bike with a biking celebrity. There will be 4 bike tours (2 road and 2 mountain), 1 e-bike tour, an autograph session with Andre Greipel as well as technical workshops. And we haven't forgotten our children: children will have the usual fun riding bikes around the resort with special obstacle circuits.
