The Travel Media Awards 2017 finalists have been announced and read like a who's who of the UK travel media, showcasing a mixture of emerging talent and established brands.

Titles which have made it onto the shortlist include Conde Nast Traveller, Cosmopolitan, TTG, The Telegraph, Harper's Bazaar, The Times, Metro, Buying Business Travel, The Sun, Rough Guides, Best, Lonely Planet, Selling Travel,alongside a host of recognised and emerging travel writers, vloggers and bloggers, travel broadcasters and photographers. 

The 19 Awards categories cover travel writing, broadcast and photography, and all finalists have been provided with complimentary invitations, and there's still time for you to join them and celebrate their success at one of the industry's most prestigious events. 

The Travel Media Awards are also delighted to be presenting the 2017 Special Contribution Award to chef and broadcaster Rick Stein, in recognition of his popular Long Weekends series.

The third annual Travel Media Awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday 18 October 2017 at the ME London Hotel. Doors will open at 6:30pm with a champagne reception, followed by the ceremony at 7:15pm. Post-awards drinks, canapes and bowl food will be served.

The Travel Media Awards is a key fixture in the travel industry calendar. The 2016 Awards saw more than 600 entries across 19 categories and culminated in a ceremony at the ME London Hotel. Some 250 guests, including representatives from the UK's leading travel media and industry organisations, attended the event.
