Blue Lagoon Cruises has two unforgettable Christmas and New Year cruises planned for this year�s festive season in the Fiji isles.

On 23 December, a �Captain�s Champagne Toast� will greet arriving guests on board. The following day is spent exploring a traditional Fijian village, swimming the azure waters and Christmas Eve celebrations, Fiji-style.

Christmas Day starts with an optional swim and a lavish breakfast, complete with mince pies and champagne in a dining saloon bedecked with tinsel, fairy lights, balloons and Christmas tree � presents included.

Christmas Lunch is served in the lee of a spectacular private island, with all the traditional fare expected of the season, as well as party hats, crackers - and a few more surprises.

While guests relax after lunch, the Christmas fairies will be at work preparing for sunset canap�s and an evening dinner of the Fijian �lovo� � fine meats and vegetables prepared in a traditional underground oven. Afterwards, join the crew in a Christmas singalong to wind up a day of fun and friendship.

On New Year�s Eve, 31 December, a special cruise sets sail at 10am for a day of water-sport and relaxation ahead of the night�s celebrations. Sunset cocktails are held on board and all guests will receive a complimentary Sulu (traditional Fijian dress), a hat woven from coconut fronds and an exotic green coconut cocktail.

Head ashore for the beach party around a giant bonfire, dinner and entertainment all the way up to midnight, when you become the first people in the world to welcome in 2003 � and at midnight, the champagne�s on us!

Over the festive season, Blue Lagoon Cruises have scheduled 2 additional three day cruises with departures on 24 and 31 December now available - providing guests with a wondrous mix of traditional and South Pacific celebrations.
