Christmas by the sea at Polurrian Bay, Cornwall

For Christmas with a spectacular sea view, there will be no better place to stay than at the Polurrian Bay Hotel this December. It really will be the season to be jolly; from the afternoon tea, mulled wine and carol singing on Christmas Eve afternoon; to the candlelit dinner for parents while the kids are enjoying a festive movie.

Christmas rates from £1,010 for a three-night dinner inclusive package.

Recharger Break rates from £485 per room for a two-night package, based upon two adults sharing on a bed and breakfast basis.

New Year Break rates from £590 for a two-night package.

Christmas in Cornwall at Fowey Hall

Guests at Fowey Hall will enjoy a warm Cornish welcome this festive season. A grand Queen Anne mansion thought to be the original inspiration for Toad Hall in The Wind in the Willows, its welcoming, unpretentious atmosphere makes it feel more like a friend's country retreat, where kids can roam freely and parents can unwind whilst drinking mulled wine cocktails and eating mince pies.
