The Hotel Collection has decked the halls with boughs of holly and put together a variety of festive packages ready to delight this Christmas.
With hotels located in inspiring settings from vibrant cities and town centres, spectacular coastal resorts to countryside retreats, there is a Christmas break to suit everyone. Many of the properties are in grand historic buildings, such as The Redworth Hall, a Jacobean manor house hotel near Durham that dates back to 1693, and The Walton Hall, a 16th-century country mansion based in the Warwickshire countryside, both perfect winter venues for a traditional British Christmas.
Restaurants across The Hotel Collection will be offering festive menus, with a real variety of winter dining experiences. The Lygon Arms, for example, boasts Luke's Broadway run by the up-and-coming young chef Luke Thomas. The Walton Hall offers the two-rosette winning Moncrieffe restaurant managed by The Hotel Collection's own group executive chef, Adam Bateman. The Marine Hotel, situated in Troon, has partnered with the famous brand 'Two Fat Ladies', owned by restaurateur Ryan James, to create a two-rosette restaurant at the hotel.
