In their own time they will then be invited to select a mouth-watering seven course tasting menu from Michelin starred chef Nicholas Magie. They can dress up to the nine's before dining by candlelight in the seclusion of a private room that has been elegantly decorated for the occasion. They will be waited on hand and foot by the highly trained waiting staff at Le Saint-James, with just the right mix of second-to-none service and privacy.

After this incredible gastronomic dining experience, couples will be able to retreat back to their suite where scented candles, essential oils, rose petals will await them.

The rooftop hot tub is theirs to enjoy with a bottle of chilled Dom Perignon under the stars, taking in the breathtaking views across the vineyards down towards the River Garonne and the shining lights of Bordeaux in the distance. The next morning guests will be served a luxurious champagne and caviar breakfast at their requested time, before their chauffeur driven limousine takes them safely back to the airport.

There are plenty of other options for February 14th at Le Saint James. In the Bar Le Saint-James, a relaxed Tapas Evening will take place with a hushed lounge ambience for precious and romantic moments with a loved one. Guests will be able to select six delicious savory items and three tempting sweet items each and enjoy wine from the surrounding wine region, or maybe even the Le Saint-James vineyard itself.

The hotel are offering young lovers under the age of twenty-five the opportunity to discover the best in Michelin starred cuisine with an unforgettable Valentine's evening in the romantically decorated Le Salon Bordelais. A succulent four-course tasting menu will be on offer, of course accompanied by some champagne to mark the special occasion and wine, tea or coffee.

In the Le Saint-James gourmet restaurant, Michelin starred Nicholas Magie will be serving a very special Valentine's seven course tasting menu of 'Black and White' delights. This extravagant tasting menu will include delights such as Scallops, Caviar of Aquitaine, Truffles and Veal.

Finally, the Champagne and Sushi Singles evening will be a relaxed and effortlessly chic night full of fun in the stylish and very modern Côté Cours. The evening offers ladies and gentleman the chance to dress up, look fantastic and enjoy time with friends and maybe even meet somebody special. Delicious, fresh sushi will be served all evening, and the champagne will be flowing with 3 glasses included in the package, as well as wine and some mouth-watering mignardises.

Once guests have finished enjoying the culinary delights and ambience of Le Saint-James they are invited to stay overnight in one of the 18 contemporary bedrooms and suites. Custom designed by the renowned architect, Jean Nouvel in 1989, the beds are each positioned in line with the windows, giving guests the feeling of residing amongst the actual vineyards with views panoramic views towards Bordeaux.

If they would like to try to replicate some of the culinary delights they have experienced when back at home, during their stay guests can also enjoy a cookery lesson with a top chef at Côté Cours, the hotel's brand new state of the art cookery school. Wine lovers can have a tour of the hotel's vineyard and a wine tasting class with award winning sommelier Richard Bernard. There is also a fantastic traditional French bistro just over the road from the hotel for a very relaxed and authentic dining experience.
