Lobby Lounge

Treat dad to an evening of great jazz music with Saxophonist Joel Senase as you sip cocktails in the Lobby Lounge. During the month of June, the Lobby Lounge is showcasing a selection of creative cocktails made with Plantation Rum, an artisanal range of rums from the great terroirs of the tropics.

The range of Plantation Rum honours the softness of Barbados, Guyana and Jamaica, evoking the great epic of exotic and adventurous maritime commerce that ruled the day. Founder Alexandre Gabriel shares,
“I love authentic products that express the personality of the land that grew them.”
To create its artisanal rums. Plantation starts with the unique scents & palettes of the Caribbean, then a double ageing method (in the Caribbean and France with two climates and types of oak) and French finesse.
