Lunch and dinner buffet starts at only $90++ pp; whilst the $110++ package offers diners virgin Bloody Mary’s and Mojitos; the $140++ package includes free flow of wine; and the $160++ package includes free-flow champagne, to ensure Monti guests will leave heartily satisfied by the sumptuous Italian fare.

Only exclusive to this occasion, Monti will be unveiling an additional hot carving station featuring Bistecca Alla Fiorentina with Crushed Potatoes, Peperonata and Arugula Salad, Salsiccia with Mustard and Braised Lentil and Balsamic, Cotechino with Gorgonzola Polenta, and a Leg of Lamb which are bound to treat dad’s taste buds.

Monti’s culinary experts will also be presenting a salad and dessert station complemented by the first ever Amp Your Mojito and MYO (make your own) Bloody Mary drinks booths (available only to those purchasing the $160++ package). Of course, decadent Seafood Platters, the freshest cold cuts and meats, eggs (made in an omelette, Benedict or Florentine style) and home-made pastas are all up for order from the a-la-carte menu, and included in each price package. Monti’s famed Truffle Risotto will also be creatively showcased whilst Chef-made in front of guests in a parmesan cheese wheel.
