With a stunning, lavishly-designed interior and Oriental-accented crystal chandelier centerpieces, The Lounge & Bar, located on Level 102 of the highest hotel in the world, is the perfect venue for social gatherings in Hong Kong, for society's big names, from designers and fashionistas to models and celebrities. The world-class mixologist, Lewis Tsang, has unveiled exclusive “His & Her” cocktails inspired by Jimmy Choo's Autumn/Winter 2014 (AW14) Women's and Men's Collections. The collection of innovative fashion cocktails will be available at The Lounge & Bar at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong throughout September.
The Jimmy Choo cocktail menu comprises:
Leather Revolution: created to reflect the daring charisma and masculinity of the men's collection, mixing French herbal liqueur and 18 years Islay smoky single malt to create a beautiful blending of leather and cigar taste, shaken with a dash of Italian vermouth for a tinge of bitterness and sweetness, resulting in a silky smooth finish. The colors of the drink and garnish reflect the colour palette presented in the AW14 Men's Collection.
Cotton Berry Cloud: a vodka-based, no added sugar frozen raspberry smoothie with a hint of fresh lime juice and elderflower liqueur to give the drink a romantic floral and honey flavor. The color is inspired by the sensual dark orchid found in the AW14 Women's collection. Topped with a cotton-candy cloud and a golden high heel, this cocktail embodies the alluring passion present in the design of this season's collection. A non-alcoholic version, Virgintini Berry Cloud is also available.
Priced at HK$185 (HK$ 130 for Virgintini Berry Cloud), The Jimmy Choo cocktail menu is available from 3pm to 12 midnight from Monday to Sunday for the month of September only. Live jazz music is played from 8pm to 11:45pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
