Available exclusively on Sundays from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, Pete's chefs add flavours to this special Sunday treat with appetisers including: beef carpaccio with aged parmesan cheese, buffalo mozzarella with vine-ripened cherry tomatoes, and poached Atlantic salmon with green beans and quail eggs.  The restaurant's fresh salad bar presents more than six varieties for guests to choose from, while the cold-cut station showcases Italian favourites such as prosciutto di parma, air-dried beef, salami and mortadella.

With a fine crustacean selection available at the seafood counter, enjoy only the freshest of shucked seasonal oysters with mignonette dressing, Canadian lobsters, scallops, crabs and more.

For sizzling action, savour the best fresh pastas cooked a la minute in Pete's Place's very own live pasta station, with not-to-be-missed dishes including: chicken cacciatore, slow-braised beef cheeks, and baked savoury cabbage roll with pork, saffron and leek.

Offering the best of Italian roasts, the carving station will whet appetites with signature dishes such as the baked whole sustainable red-drum cartoccio, oven-roasted boneless leg of lamb, slow-roasted beef sirloin with red wine sauce, and more.
