Fairview Sailing

Enjoy a holiday afloat exploring the beautiful waters around the south coast, the Isle of Wight and the peaceful Beaulieu river in the New Forest with a Fairview Sailing.  Fairview Sailing is offering short breaks and longer holidays on board its 50-strong fleet of comfortable yachts measuring up to 46 feet that sleep up to 10 people from its base in Hamble, Hampshire.

Prices start from £1108 for 2 nights or from £1940 for a 7 night stay on board a yacht sleeping up to 8 people on a self-catering basis.

Hamble is the ideal starting point for time afloat being within easy reach of the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, Southampton and the Beaulieu River Nature Reserve. The coastline offers a multitude of coves and bays perfect mooring points for overnight stays.

The yachts can also be used as a floating base from which to explore the area by car, on foot or on bikes.  The marina is just a stone's throw from the centre of the village which has plenty of pubs and restaurants.  There is also the opportunity to try paddle boarding, buying ice creams from an ice cream boat or watching the comings and goings of the boats on the river.  In the evening, enjoy sundowners on the deck and being rocked to sleep by the gentle motion of the yacht.

The yachts have up to 5 cabins and 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, saloon seating plus seating on deck, TV, radio. CD, DVD and MP3 player.

Currently the yachts can only be taken out of the marina by qualified sailors.  Once government regulations allow holidaymakers will be able to have a skipper to take care of all the sailing.
