ATACAMA: SEARCHING FOR NEW ROUTES & EXPLORATIONS
Offering a unique exploration experience has inspired Explora for more than 20 years in discovering unexplored sites and routes. For the re-opening of Explora Atacama some new experiences and adventures have been added a well. From December 23 onward, territories such as the Andean Highlands, the limits of the Argentina borderline, and the Domeyko Mountain Range will be highlighted. The first bicycle exploration route at more than 4.300 m.a.s.l. (14.107 f.a.s.l.) was added, as well as the Ruta del Agua, a new exploration where travelers walk
through the Puritama Natural Reserve, among ravines and rivers, learning about the Andean mountain cat. For all reservations made by March 30 for stays until April 30, 2017, the first night is cost-free.

EXPLORA PATAGONIA: INNOVATING TO THE BENEFIT OF THE TRAVELERS' EXPERIENCE
Explora has made some changes in its organization structure. Host Rosario Villagra, who has been with the company for 18 years, is now Guest Experience Manager, a position exclusively devoted to improving the traveling experience and meeting traveler requirements. With the same purpose, the position of Destination Assistant Manager, filled by Simón Prudencio, was
created, who is mainly devoted to supporting the destination's operation with a focus on travelers. Additionally, the position ofGabriel Zanelli, the new Destination Manager, is mainly aimed at strengthening the quality of hotel and exploration experiences and ensuring top-quality services.
