Guests with a sweet tooth are not forgotten, as the guest chefs have included an array of desserts on the menu, such as Vezir Parmağı, a special dough fried and drenched in syrup that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and Zerde Sütlaç, a baked rice and milk pudding which is a Turkish favourite.
