March 20 marked the first day of the spring equinox in the Northern Hemisphere and the launch of the new Resort in Bloom experiences at The Las Colinas Resort, Dallas, Texas' original luxury Resort.

Experience Texas wildflower season in The Spa and Salon with the In Bloom package (USD 250 – 270) through May 31, 2023. Indulge in ultimate hydration with a 60-minute exfoliating Wildflower Hydrating Wrap followed by a perfectly polished 60-minute Dazzle Dry Manicure. Guests receive a complimentary gift with purchase. 

DINE 

Grab a pre-dinner Strawberry Paloma cocktail made with edible Texas wildflowers in OUTLAW Taproom. 

The Resort's signature restaurant, LAW, will feature a floral centerpiece that is refreshed weekly to set the ambiance. Sample Executive Chef Tony France's new Resort in Bloom dishes on the dinner menu including a Friese/Arugula Salad with micro-celery, crispy prosciutto, shaved parmesan, persimmon vinaigrette to start followed by Brown Butter Scallops with sauteed pea shoots, crispy quinoa and lemon Beurre Blanc poured tableside and finally, Executive Pastry Chef Sophie Candia's Chocolate Flower dessert with raspberry mousse, cacao crumble, raspberry crisps, crystalized rose petals and raspberry vodka. 

 
Additional Resort in Bloom elements include fresh florals with In-Room Dining orders, complimentary floral themed amenities delivered to Resort Pool guests on the hour and Resort in Bloom Welcome to the Weekend cocktails served in the Lobby from 3:00 – 5:00 pm every Friday.
