The Scarlet is celebrating the best of local Spring produce with a luxurious two-night Scarlet Gourmet Break – the ultimate foodie indulgence getaway, overlooking the surf of Mawgan Porth in Cornwall.

Stay for two nights and sample our favourite culinary experiences with the Taste of the Spring gourmet break. This special break celebrates the freshest seasonal produce that The Scarlet's suppliers provide each day: freshly caught seafood, seasonal fruits and vegetables and locally reared meats.

When arriving at The Scarlet, guests will unwind and settle into their sea view room to explore the hotel and the beautiful beach, just a few minutes' walk away.
As the evening draws in, guests can experience a five-course taster menu created by Chef Tom Hunter, based on his favourite dishes using the best seasonal and local produce. To accompany the menu guests can enjoy a selection of exceptional wines from small artisanal producers, expertly paired to complement each course of the meal.

The next morning, guests will awaken to the sounds of the surf, and enjoy a long, leisurely breakfast overlooking the spectacular North Cornish coast before taking a stroll on the beach and exploring the award-winning Scarlet spa. We recommend trying out the hot tubs and new Barrel sauna!

On the second night, enjoy another candlelit dinner in The Scarlet Restaurant, and appreciate the changing three-course evening menu. Having spent another night sleeping to the sounds of the sea, guests can awaken to a sumptuous Scarlet breakfast before returning home, feeling refreshed and well-fed!
