May 2022 - Located on the strikingly beautiful Silhouette Island, Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort & Spa has launched its new CampCation kids club programme for August 2022 with families booking 6 nights or more enjoying CampCation at no extra charge. With a main focus on outdoor and nature adventures, little islanders will make new friends and interact with the island and marine life of one of the richest biodiversity hot spots in the Indian Ocean, Silhouette Island.

Set amongst serene surroundings, nestled on the private island of Silhouette, Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort & Spa boasts a combination of style, substance, and sustainability, while CampCation offers kids the chance to experience a host of different sports activities and learn about everything from science and cooking to conservation, hotel management and local wildlife, all while making new friends.

CampCation takes place every week throughout August for kids between 4 and 12. The classes start early in the morning until the lunch break and continues with afternoon sessions, ending with a family activity in the evening. Children get to enjoy over 30 different classes and activities, based on their interests and age groups, including Swamp Kayak, Beach Volley, Water Polo, Dance Padel Tennis, Basketball, Football, Diving School, Nature Trails, Hiking, Handline Fishing, Treasure Hunts, Snorkelling, Yoga, Obstacle Races, Beach Games, Kite Making, Tree Planting, Crab Catch & Release, History Tours, Cooking Classes, Creole Drumming, Sand Sculptures Masterclass, Leaf Braiding, Mocktail Masterclass, Towel Arts, Jewellery Making, Tie Dye, Coconut Husking, Sun Printing, Slime & Play, and Dough Making.

After a full day of classes, there are also plenty of fun evening activities for all the family including critically endangered Sheath-Tailed Bat patrolling with the Island Conservation Society, dancing the traditional Creole Moutya around the bonfire and listening to the stories of Seychelles, as well as Movie Night and the Shake it Off Disco Night.

So, if you are dreaming of lush jungles, swaying palm trees, pure-white sanded beaches and total luxury, CampCation allows parents the chance to enjoy some much-needed relaxation while their little islanders explore and learn during the day and make unforgettable family memories in the evening.

Hilton Seychelles Labriz is also proudly pioneering sustainability in Seychelles with a number of initiatives, all of which are incorporated into its classes. Campers also receive their own stainless steel water bottles to carry around as they join each activity, and the resort wash CampCation vests at the same time every day to save water and energy. 

The experienced and energetic team of Elite Dance & Fitness runs the entire month of CampCation. Established in 2015 by Seychellois Emma & Elvis Mothee, Elite Dance & Fitness is a studio for dance, fitness and gymnastics based on Mahe Seychelles with a team committed to offering the art of dance, fitness & gymnastics in a fun, encouraging and supportive atmosphere.
