Jamala Wildlife Lodge will be celebrating the arrival of winter with the commencement of an exclusive Truffle Safari package.
In addition to the immersive animal experience already offered by a stay at Jamala Wildlife Lodge, we will be providing guests with an exclusive taste of Canberra's unique winter offerings.
Guests are invited to book a Truffle Safari package at Jamala which will treat them to all of the perks of a stay including a 5-course African inspired dining experience and 2 exclusive tours of the zoo, as well as a private tour of the Canberra Truffle Farm following check out and a beautiful, truffle-inspired 2-course lunch at the picturesque Pialligo Estate Farmhouse Restaurant.
Truffle Safari is run in conjunction with Pialligo Estate and the Canberra Truffle Farm in Majura. Jayson Mesman, owner of the Truffle Farm will personally take Jamala guests on their tour through his estate along with his pack of truffle dogs, of which many were rescued by Jayson.
