Treat mom and the family to a memorable lunch or dinner at one of the hotel’s celebrated restaurants, which include three Michelin starred restaurants --- Yan Toh Heen and THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill (1-star each) and SPOON by Alain Ducasse (2-stars). Alternatively, for an innovative new style Japanese dining experience, dine at NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong or Harbourside, which is acclaimed for its spectacular buffets. The Lobby Lounge which provides a stunning panorama for Afternoon Tea.

SPOON by Alain Ducasse
The 2-Michelin star SPOON by Alain Ducasse offers a sophisticated, yet relaxed family style dining experience for Sunday Mother’s Day Lunch with traditional French regional delicacies created by SPOON Executive Chef Philippe Duc.
Select from two buffet areas – one showcasing Breakfast Favourites with freshly baked breads, croissants and condiments; the other featuring Country French “Campagnard” style items including traditional French terrines (such as duck foie gras and paté en croute), marinated salmon, cured ham sliced from the bone and a selection of gourmet French cheeses with condiments. Then, select a main course from the á la carte menu (Roasted Beef with green asparagus; a Cookpot of local market fruits and vegetables; Atlantic Cod with white coco beans, piquillos and shellfish; or Rack of Lamb with spring vegetables). Finally, save room for the Dessert Buffet with a selection of homemade pastries and sweets, served with coffee or tea.
SPOON Sunday Brunch is inclusive of a glass of sparkling wine, followed by wine with lunch (with a choice of 2 white wines and 2 red wines selected by Chief Sommelier Mathieu Ginglardi), plus fresh juices and freshly brewed coffee or tea.

Enjoy a 6-course set dinner HK$1,588 per person created by SPOON Executive Chef Philippe Duc showcasing Chilled Green Pea soup with crispy vegetables; Langoustine with Caviar; Line Caught Sea Bass with Girolles and Fresh Almonds; Farm-raised Veal Filet Mignon with Green Asparagus and New Potatoes; and for dessert, Poached Rhubarb with Strawberry Juice.
SPOON Sommelier Mathieu Ginglardi is proposing a wine pairing option at either HK$488 or HK$688 per person.

Mother’s Day Sunday Champagne Brunch
Free-flowing Perrier-Jouet Champagne, wine, beer, fresh juices and soft drinks are just the start of Hong Kong’s most elaborate Mother’s Day Brunch, with hand-made sushi and freshly sliced sashimi, lobster, “action stations” with Peking duck, pan-fried Foie Gras,Asian dishes, home-made Indian curries, Chinese noodles and Italian pasta, a carving station and freshly made dim sum. The buffet also includes a selection of the finest ham and salami from Italy and Spain and imported cheese from France.
A decadent dessert buffet includes hot soufflés, crepes made-to-order and a chocolate fountain, plus an extravagant assortment of freshly baked pastries and cakes.

Indulge in a tempting international buffet with fresh sushi and sashimi, as well as cold fresh seafood including lobster, scallops and prawns. See our chefs in action as they make pan-fried Foie Gras and Peking Duck. Select from Indian, Asian and Western options, with a carving station showcasing fresh fish and beef. Save room for the dessert buffet, which features chocolate fountains, homemade desserts, an ice cream sundae station, as well as made-to-order crepes and waffles.

The NOBU Mother’s Day dinner menu features Scallop Tataki with Caviar / truffle miso, sudachi foam, followed by Botan Ebi / ume sorbet, shiso dressing, served with Nama Toro / spicy miso finger lime dressing. Next is Crispy Langoustines / kataifi, yuzu kosho; followed by Pan-seared Arctic Char / coriander jalapeño dressing and then U.S. Prime Beef / wasabi salsa. To wind down the meal,
a Sushi Assortment and Clear Soup. Finally, for dessert, ALMOND MORI / almond soup & gelato, bird’s nest, snow fungus jelly.

The 4-course set dinner menu by STEAK HOUSE Chef Calvin Choi at HK$1,288 per person, is inclusive of a glass of Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Rosé Champagne, France, NV. Begin the meal with a Hot Shellfish Marine Sampler (Tiger Prawn, King Crab, Boston Lobster Tail, Little Neck Clam) & Crabmeat Caviar, followed by .New England Chowder with Cherry Stone Clams. For the main course, choose between Charcoal Grilled Australian G8 Wagyu Tenderloin (5 oz) & Deep-fried Truffle Lobster Claw, served with White & Green Asparagus or Roasted Rock Lobster & Thermidor with Heirloom Tomato Salad.
For dessert, Executive Pastry Chef Cyril Dupuis has created a spectacular dessert called “Spring Pastels”, which is comprised of Vanilla, Passion Fruit and White Chocolate Cake. This unique dessert has an almond vanilla biscuit as the base, with layers of vanilla ganache, passion fruit Sichuan pepper jelly, vanilla sponge cake and white chocolate mousse. It is topped with pink chocolate icing and decorative pearlised and silver chocolate dragée candies. Ginger ice cream with pink crumble is served on the side.

Bring the family to Yan Toh Heen to sample the acclaimed 1- Michelin star Cantonese cuisine of Executive Chef Lau Yiu Fai.
At lunchtime, select from a choice of 6-course set lunch menus (at either HK$398 to HK$618 per person).
Alternatively enjoy the extensive a la carte selections (with an HK$280 minimum charge per person).

Chef Lau is creating a special 8-course Cantonese feast (for a minimum of four persons)
priced at HK$888, HK$1,088 and HK$1,588 per person (depending on the choice of soups which include Double Boiled Matsutake Mushrooms and Cabbage, Lobster with Crab Roe and Egg White Soup and Braised Imperial Bird’s Nest with Fish Maw).
The menu begins with Barbecued Suckling Pig and Assorted Mushrooms, Black Fungus with Yuzu Dressing. Following the choice of soups is Wok-fried Prawns with Porcini and Asparagus; Steamed Eastern Star Garoupa; Crispy Chicken Flavored with Golden Garlic; Braised Mushrooms with Conpoy and Baby Cabbage and Fried Rice with Scallops, Yunnan Ham and Celery. For dessert, enjoy Double Boiled Black Glutinous Rice in Whole Coconut and Chilled Jelly with Chrysanthemum and Lycium.

There is no place more spectacular to enjoy afternoon tea with mom than in InterContinental Hong Kong’s Lobby Lounge, renowned for its dramatic panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island. On Sunday, May 12th, enjoy contemporary classical music performed by our quartet, while taking in the stunning views. Our Afternoon Tea Set showcases Parisian style pastries created by Executive Pastry Chef Cyril Dupuis.
