EVT's Connect Hospitality today announced the management agreement signing for Sage James Street Brisbane, further strengthening its position as a leading third-party management operator in Australia and New Zealand.

The agreement expands Connect Hospitality's footprint across key markets, with the hotel located in the heart of Brisbane's iconic James Street precinct, one of the city's premium lifestyle and retail destinations.

Set over four levels, the 93-room contemporary designed hotel was built around the historic, heritage-listed Queens Arms Hotel and offers breathtaking city views.

Welcoming guests to the doorstep of Brisbane's vibrant cultural hub, Sage James Street Brisbane embraces its surroundings with street art adjourned walls, split aged and recycled sand stock brick and stunning lighting design along with state-of-the-art amenities.
