EVA rated as 8th Best Airline in World's Top 20

EVA Air, Taiwan's leading independent airline, was once again named one of the world's most excellent airlines by global airline safety and product champion AirlineRatings.com. The Star Alliance member was ranked as the 8th Best Airline in the World among the World's Top-20 Airlines 2020.  

“EVA Air has always been the leader in Taiwanese aviation and always at the forefront of cabin innovation such as premium economy in 1992,” mentioned AirlineRatings.com in its news release when announcing the award winners. 

AirlineRatings.com regularly monitors and evaluates more than 400 airlines and assesses them with a seven-star rating system, based on analyses of comfort, innovation, value and safety across first, business, premium economy and economy class products and services. It also examines each airline's safety rating, fleet age, operating profit and additional criteria. To be rated among the world's top-20, the airlines must achieve the seven-star safety rating and demonstrate leadership in innovation for passenger comfort. 

EVA continues to optimise its fleet with Boeing 787 Dreamliners and works with some of the world's most prominent fashion brands to introduce innovative inflight services. These efforts and investments are committed to providing a more enjoyable flying experience to passengers.
