The Association of British Travel Agents reports that Elite Travel (UK) Ltd of Swan Walk, Romford, Essex (ex-member ABTA number K0438) whose membership was terminated on 10/02/05, ceased trading yesterday (10 May 2005). This company will now be treated as a financial failure.

ABTA will handle all claims from this failure resulting from bookings made before 10 February 2005, even if balance due dates were after this date.
